Deborah Enemeri, Senior Creative Director and Founder of SYSTEME COUTURE, has issued an executive strategic memorandum outlining the brand’s roadmap for enterprise scaling and B2B corporate expansion from 2026 to 2031.

The strategy demonstrates how traditional West African textiles, specifically hand-loomed Ukponoru and Ikele fabrics, can be re-engineered into functional, high-performance corporate apparel for female leaders across Africa and Europe.

Building on her background in International Business Management and extensive experience directing supply chain logistics at Adaberrys Signature, Enemeri outlined three core expansion pillars designed to build an operational bridge between West African craft heritage and global enterprise.

Under the first pillar, SYSTEME COUTURE will launch a corporate B2B division in 2027 to establish executive wardrobe partnerships with multinational financial institutions, law firms, and diplomatic agencies across West Africa and Europe. The initiatives will feature bespoke executive collections constructed from stabilized indigenous textiles, providing large-scale, structured demand for regional hand-weavers.

The second pillar focuses on environmental sustainability through decentralized regional scrap recovery centers across five states in Southern Nigeria. Scaling its current scrap recovery program, the company will establish hubs to sort, process, and redistribute commercial fashion offcuts to local women-led craft cooperatives. The initiative aims to upcycle over 10 tons of fabric waste annually while providing steady income for more than 300 craftswomen.

The final pillar outlines the creation of the SYSTEME Executive Tailoring Academy by 2029. Operating out of hubs in Benin City, Nigeria, and Sunderland, UK, the academy will offer professional certificates in industrial workwear drafting, indigenous fabric stabilization, and commercial supply chain governance, building a talent pipeline of female pattern cutters and designers for Africa’s expanding apparel manufacturing sector.
